Keeping the Work on Track

Developing a strong monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system is essential to the success of our projects. First, it keeps organizations accountable to donors and other stakeholders, including families in the community who benefit from the project. A strong M&E system also helps projects stay on course, providing valuable data and allowing our partners to make adjustments to projects when necessary.  Finally, M&E is important for advocacy, providing data to show which practices have been successful and warrant further support from donors and other stakeholders.

We work closely with local organizations to design and implement an M&E system that is suitable for their projects, reflecting their organizational capacity and culture.
