We are honored to announce the addition of three new board members who will play an integral role in advancing our mission to help coffee-farming families create a food-secure future. New members include Carrie McLaughlin of Keurig Dr Pepper, Juliana Rangel Posada of Texas A&M University, and Lindsey Bolger, a longtime coffee industry veteran.

“We’re excited to bring on board members who can add valuable perspective and depth to our work efforts to help coffee-farming families create a more food secure future,” said Rick Peyser, Senior Relationship Manager, Coffee & Cocoa at Lutheran World Relief and Food 4 Farmers co-founder.

“Given the low coffee price and increasing effects of climate change, many families are facing extreme threats to their livelihoods. Food 4 Farmers’ focus on community-appropriate solutions to hunger and quality of life are more important than ever.”
